Tutor program possibly?

So when new players start playing the game they most likely won't know some of the tricks and things higher ranks do. There should be a program where maybe some higher ranks could teach some lower ranks on how playing specific parts in scenarios or maybe some strategies in world map games.

I'd make a great teacher. B)
