[OPEN] Border issues

Expected behavior:
Being able to edit a border properly.

Actual behavior:
Upon editing a border in any way, and saving and exiting the map editor, when you return to that map the border changes do not save and return to their original state.

Steps to reproduce the behavior
Open the map editor, in a clone of the world map, cloned in HTML5 (which is where I am having issues), delete or change any border, save, exit, and return to the editor on that map.

This border bug is kind of overlapped by this one. Developers, please look into both of these bugs and it would be much obliged.
