India is rich and upcoming but alot of people are extremely poor, it will probably get better in the future but for now the fact remains.
Rich? You mean 5 billionaires? And the rest of population? The third part of all the poor are Indians.
India, the country, is rich. Not the people as I said before.
India is not rich country, India has potential to be rich, Indians can't get to USA's level in gdp per capita in next 50 years, I can't remember who made this statement I watched it on ted
Ok let this idiocy end.
India the country is rich not the people... 3rd most number of billionaires, 3rd largest by PPP, 7th largest by GDP, fastest growing at 8% p.a, there are a large number of people living in poverty, but not a majority of the population like you guys are saying, certainly not as bad as Africa, and UN reports also state that removal of people from poverty is happening fast. This after, 3/4th of India's wealth was lost to Britain. Before British colonization, India had 27% share of global economy. By the time they left, it fell to something like 0.3 to 3%
Poverty because we had to sell raw materials for cheap af without taxes to imperialist fans and buy finished products back for 10 times that...the British literally looted before leaving India (breaking into and emptying Temple treasuries and such). In just 70 years it brought itself up from massive debt and lack of any industrialization to a major regional power like China. 70 years after US Independence, the country was a joke. It took WW1 for it to gain any respect (even though it entered the war after the outcome was almost certain) and WW2 for people to start taking it seriously (and even then only because of the nukes).
Meanwhile you balkan idiots sat around waving your tiny dicks, stagnating, drinking rakija and trying to tell the world how to run their countries while cosying up to Russia for protection and if they rejected you, turning to NATO.
You say India has so many people living under poverty, well look at the ratios too. India has 1/6th of the world's population in it. The number of poor are gonna be large just because of its large population. Much like how India has the 2nd biggest Muslim popularion, but 80%+ of its people are still Hindus...

India has vast natural resources so it is a pretty rich country, and gdp per capita is possible in 50 years but there would still be inequality in India

The US would most likely not wage full-scale war in such a conflict, but if they did, China and Pakistan wouldn't stand a chance.

The thing not taken into consideration is that in a war between USA and China there's no way Japan doesn't get involved, ether the US can launch airstrikes against China from Japan with impunity, or China attacks to try to stop them and Japan gets involved, and there's no way the former would happen

Nice ad hominem.
Nice not even reading.
Nice understanding that Balkans like Russia (russia and greece maybe ? )
India has 1/6th of the world's population, and smaller gdp than Japan or UK or France, what does that tell you ?

No dude. Russia has that + more, Bosnia has nature, beautiful rivers, various mines from coal to gold, but is it rich ? GOD NO, having natural resources is not only thing needed for economy, human intelligence and inovation is way more important. And no Indian average gdp per capita can not get to USA's in next 50 years
