Tweaks on ending wars

How about a way to give up cities and territories as a peace treaty? It would make it easier for a side losing the war to get out of it with the least damage rather than continuing to take a beating.

Maybe giving a certain amount of money?

Just any way to declare peace with an added gift if they accept.

This could be easily abused, because if you could transfer cities, you could also transfer the troops in those cities, meaning you could pretty much gift all your units to your ally.

If the city acts as if it is taken, and only militia was put in the cities, it would work though. eg. if you gifted uk and had 100 infantry in there, 8 militia would be in there when you gifted it next turn.

But there's no point, i would rather just crush the person and take the cities, even if fail i will get sp.

Also you can gift money, go into players, click on your ally, and you can give him money. You can always private chat and say you will give him money.

Also, peace in this game is basically a way of saying i'll deal with you later.

I like the idea of being able to give away your countries / troops.
