Conventions for WW1 Scenario

Interestingly, it seems that the WW1 scenario has a couple of rules/conventions outside of the usual ones. Could there be a compilation of such conventions, for a more convenient reference?

Why not? I know that you cannot wall on turn 1 as it is counted as WF, but why not wall after turn 1?
