We've all been there. We make a game, change some settings, lobby fills up, and we start. But wait! You forgot to set it to Cap all cities/hold country for 3 turns/hold cap for 4 turns etc. . . and now the game is not played how you had envisioned it.

I think the host should be able to change the victory conditions in-game, but before turn 1 starts.

Not a good idea for example if the game was to be a duel the host can hold the game until his opponent chose - then set victory condition to capture nearby country ... same with the non duel games
