When Kosovo was part of Serbia, Albanians had free education and no visa travel for most countries, 10 kids per family. As soon US forced Serbia to get out, you got electricity cut off, water polluted lol. You couldnt take care of basic life supporting systems. Now you have 1 kid per family and half the country emigrated to Germany, seems independence worked for you.

Typical barbarians, settle foreign land, wait for good time to secede, ruin the region and move on.

Your arab metaphor makes no sense. Regardless, I suppose Serbia sees Kosovo as possessing land that belongs to Serbia. Similarly, I guess I'd be pissed if California or Texas tried to become independent. I don't really care what happens to Kosovo either way, as I barely know where it is and barely care. The people in that region can solve their own problem, as long as there are no atrocities and no loss of human rights. But since you're a Russian, for what reason do you care about what happens in Serbia and Kosovo?

Kosovo's economy may be growing slowly, but its economy is still growing. And if Kosovo's electricity and water were cut off, I wonder who did that lmao. Maybe it was the Serbians?

Regardless I don't have much of an opinion on the topic. You balkan people have the most say on it. Just make sure there's no more atrocities like there were in the 1990s, whichever actions are taken.

You know how is gdp per capita calculated? hmmm. You would not say anything about graph number 2 if you did To help you in this case, population and migration count a lot, just to clear some facts for you, and make it easier to understand my point,
(Montly salaries in Kosovo are almost double smaller than monlty salaries in Montenegro, also from what we can see, Kosovars would probably have 100euros more each month if they didn't leave Serbia, not to talk about what would be a possible situation if there was not a crisis in Kosovo, maybe salaries in Serbia would be for 200-250 euros higher than they are now)

The sentence that you said "whch is somewhat average for a country with its economy" is complete nonsense, for economy of its size it should boom 10-15% annualy. Even huge China is growing 5% annualy. Smaller countries have a trend to boom in gdp growth, except Kosovo for first few years of real indepedence (Montenegro had annual growth rate of around 10% from 2005 to 2009)

P.S Just take a notice that I am pretty objective and give you proof of my every argument, I am far from arguing on nationalist base. Personally, this is just interesting to me since I am not Serbian, nor Albanian. I am the true objestive person to talk about this, because i live in Western Balkans and I am fully aware of the situation.
