I don't know what I should do guys. I've really lost my mind the past few days. I can't even concentrate without having the urge to go ballistic against the people in my life. They really are trying to do shit to me. I don't know if I can take it anymore.

It's like I don't know. I've quit my job. I'm thinking about driving somewhere someplace, bgive me some fucking advice. I truly don't know where else to turn. This is the only place I have.

It won't hurt a little if I try to do it, will it?

I let my anger get the better of me and destroyed relationships with people I knew. Everyone takes criticism differently. If you go ballistic some people might understand or otherwise you will get judged for it. You might come to regret it down the road, the people involved might try to hurt you back as well.
I would suggest making a reddit account and going onto their advice or self page to make posts there. You can also try sites that don't require you to sign up such as thefriendshipblog dot com.
I would suggest taking some time off to calm down and venting to strangers online might help. Literally everyone I know is having arguments and fights with people that are close to them. Maybe it's in the stars hahaha. You have to try not to push yourself into a corner or burning bridges with anyone

Don't listen to some these guys in the comments, they are just trying to look for anything funny to say because they feel they gain some sort of popularity/fame in the community- you shouldn't be pressured to reveal personal information that you are uncomfortable sharing.

The problem is universal, it's not just skittz, the issue is we are all stuck in a system that is designed to eat you alive and keep you beneath others. There is so much anguish in this world and everyone is effected diferently. While skittz may or may not be dealing with social issues in his personal life that where brought on by who fucking knows, some one else such as myself are watching a fucking history book come alive and destroy my country, just like rome, just like uk, just like greece. Everyone is dealing with this manufactured reality diferently. Some fight to change it, and some can't fight any longer. I'm sorry for your luck skittz. The people is the problem

As i said its all about perspective. When something shitty happens, you just go through the stages. You think about it, get sad/angry and then you accept it and move on. You think of all the good things you have instead and you just cannot stay sad, if you think with your brain instead letting your emotions take charge. You live in a developed country, you have money, opportunities and you are HEALTHY. Thats more than most of the people in the world could wish for.

As for friends and family giving you shit, or even loosing them, the fact of the matter is you dont really need them. Sure friends are great to have and family is very important and you have to do your best to mantain a good relationship, but you cant force it and at the end of the day, all you need is your self and to make sure YOUR physical and mental health are ok. Those are your first priorities and EVERYTHING ELSE fades in comparison or to put it more plainly, the rest of the world can go fuck themselves in the ass.

As for whats going on around the world, you stay informed, you do whatever you can to help, you adjust your every day life accordingly, but you DO NOT take it in. I feel bad for the greek crisis, i feel bad our ecosystem is getting fucked up, for corruption and inequality, i get angry at Chinese polluting like bastards, Indians and muslims that overpopulate like retards and neo libs and banks fucking us in the ass, but then i just put all these shit aside, put on my smile and go live my life, because thats all i have and i am damn lucky to have it.

The human body is on a time clock. While genetics and the way you live can affect the longevity of your cells, the truth is that no matter what you do, your cells are programmed to die. You will age and you will die. Just make the most of it while you can. If you cannot, seek proffesional help (psychologist) theres no shame in that.
