Where do I report bugs?I tried using MOS and my marines only had 7 attack?

/report (yourmessage) You can use this function to report somethings to mods. Or you can post it on forum. Also you can send a PM to Mods.

How do you know they only had 7 atk? (Amok once told me the tooltip hovering doesn't always calculate correctly to reflect strategy boosts, but you still have the full values)
