I stop playing Imperialist turkey against Ukraine in 1vs1 because imperialist is weak in offense and doesn't give me enough defence against a sky menance ukraine rush to ankara. I seen Joetaxi imp turkey and it was impressive. but i don't know any other player like joe that can beat a pro ukraine player

Well... I think you're getting the whole Imp Turkey wrong... If you wanna be agressive since turn 1 or go for the rush, play PD or even blitz. Imperialist is thought for slowrolling and waiting for the right moment. That implies taking the game to a long battle and holding there until you can outnumber Ukraine meanwhile you just take his surrounding countries (which are less defended) and prevent him from getting OP income, in which case he'll be able to spam bombers, which are hard to defend against. The solution usually is to wall your cities or even the north of Turkey, the sea or south Ukraine. Anything that slows him down is a good option. Also making him feel threatened (don't ever let him wall Kiev and wf Moscow if possible) so that he feels the need to make more infantry than bombers. After turn 5 arrives, you should have the advantage since you can outnumber Ukraine...
