[GIF] Sea and Land Shortcuts — Other world regions

Hello! This kinda a continuation of Meester's thread Sea and Land Shortcuts https://atwar-game.com/forum/topic.php?topic_id=19082 where he shows some important and useful shortcuts that help a lot during expansions, and in gameplay generally. But, as you all can see, there are mostly Europe shortcuts. So I wanted to add a few more in other world regions that might also help when you try to expand or want to save range to reach any city to attack.


Note: This is a "guide" mainly directed to beginners that doesn't know a lot of tricks atWar has. Experienced players might know surely all of these, and if any of you want to share any other shortcut (sea or land) that I missed and is important, let me know via PM and I will add it. No matter if it's from EU or not, everything is useful. Thanks!




Asia

This one helps to take Vietnam without surround that whole peninsula. Useful for rushes


This shortcut is nice when you don't want to use any Air Transport to take Shangai, from China: Northeast. Note that you might think that long land can be passed through (like Nantes Passage) but sadly it's not possible, so the nearest pass is where this gif shows.


This is a land shortcut that shows you don't actually have to use any transport to take Philippines' cities.


Here we see it's possible to pass through Thai/Malaysia land. This is helpful when you want to send submarines, destroyers or sea transports to India, or send these units from Indian Ocean to eastern Asia.


Here you perfectly can send units from India to take Sri Lanka, without using any transport. Might take 2 turns because of units range, I was just using blitzkrieg during this. Doesn't matter.


This one is a shortcut I've used a lot in world games, when I want to send units from UAE to Iran, or vice versa. Useful to use when you are using marines.



America

Here I wanted to show how to take Toronto from Philadelphia. This is important when you play 10k as USA: Northeast using any strat apart from PD (unless you use general), or IF.

Note: This needs the following upgrade:



Europe

This one is to take Denmark without any transport (might be very obvious for most of skilled players, but still needed for others who doesn't know). A land shortcut.

So, as you all can see, there are some tricks to improve your movements during games. Like this, you can pass through a lot of lands you usually would have to surround or use any trans.

The hamburg and nantes shortcut may not be easy for newer players not as familiar with the game to pick up on. just visualizing it can help quite a bit

Not everyone will understand as fast as you or most of us. That's why I explained fully detailed.

Can we make the Nantes shortcut easier. Gives me anxiety when I'm trying to pass it for a minute

Don't mean to necropost, but for anyone having issues with it: Blankmooring is your best friend, and ensuring you go through / come out at Hillion makes a world of difference.
