[Suggestion] Evidence-Rules

I hereby propose creating a rule known as "Standards of Evidence".

In order to prevent players being framed, or banned by shabby evidence, the rules shall require that evidence contain the following points:

1: A full window screenshot.
2: Chat context MUST be shown(3 lines above or more)
3: The screenshot should be taken, to the best of your ability, showing the current situation(not zoomed into ocean,showing the violation of a rule[i.e. germany missing in europe]).

You already need evidence to be banned, and each case is reviewed if requested by a player. If the evidence is shit the ban is lifted. Aswell why is chat required? Evidence is action based, not based on what you say but what you do.

Actually, there is no standard rules for banning. map maker can ban whoever they like lol.

If you review the above evidence(example of shabby evidence) the picture is taken in a way, so that if you scroll up you would see PERSON(Russian Federation) left the game. PERSON(China) Left the game....... without context you that shabby evidence doesn't prove guilt or innocence.

And thats when you contact a mod, and if the evidence is not suitable you get unban.

The reason I suggested this, is because the rules need updating. People can claim as they want but here I go:
I got banned for being a member of my coalition(someone labeled us "trolls/game failers").
I contacted mapmaker(friend) he wont unban bc he delegated banning powers to someone else.
I go to the someone else, they wont unban, i go to their superior, they wont do anything to unban me.
I contact staff team for 3 solid months, only 2 mods sided with me after 3 months of nothing happening. To this day, that cropped evidence is "legit".
At this point im waiting for Ivan to reply to my emails and PM's.

I have been a member of atwar since 2012, lurking in the shadows. I love this community and would do anything to see it prosper. I believe that everyone should have equal access to enjoying this game, and that is why I suggested this rule. It is by far way to easy for one group of people to persecute someone, and justify it with crappy evidence. This will be one of many suggestions to come, that I believe will benefit the players of At-War.

I didn't want to interfere in this but god you're being biasedly annoying.

The shabby evidence you speak of has nothing shabby.

1- You were banned by the mapmaker from his map from which you can tacitly deduce it's NWE based on the factions.
2- NWE explicitely has a rule saying no leaving before turn 10
3- The Number 8 is Inferior to the Number 10.
4- You were banned based on a violation of a rule that is very well explicit in the map base itself and it's widely consensualized and accepted by the players that everyday play that map

Your "correct evidence" and your proposals mean nothing and when it would help in some cases, it would stall in others because it limits the rapid aprehension of a map ban, you can't possibly be demanding every ban to be provided with context if the context is what caused the ban (rule violation), besides, mods have the common sense to assess the validity of the ban, if its by the rules, what else can be done? You can't demand biased justice just because it came down on you for violating it in the first place

This rule just makes it more difficult to ban trolls, just don't leave early and everything should be fine.
