Why can't I change the number of players in a scenario?

I've tried to change the number of players in my GoT scenario several times, the original incarnation had 17 players, now the system will not allow me to change it, no matter how many players I add or subtract to the actual scenario.

What exactly do you think a scenario is?

Use the HTML5 map editor. Oh wait.

I doubt it, im sure it was just pure ignorance.

The reason why it won't change is because the aw servers haven't restarted. The map's players won't sync up with the servers until they are restarted.
