Looks like you can double your units, both armies have 17 units

In some scenarios ,I think, you can set up 2 generals

You can set up as many generals as you want in scenarios, however this looks like the default map so its probably just a visual bug

then,as das reich said,its visual bug bla,to me,it was happening me and someone else picks pink color in game make room,and when we start game he has other color.
