Why is Gavrilo Princip depicted as Serbian? He was Yugoslav born in Austrian Empire.

He was, but he called himself 'Yugoslav' so we must respect his decision. Like we respect Ukrainians not being Russians. They are what they say they are. Plus Gavrilo is put in this video as representative of Serbia, which makes no sence, he was born in and raised in Austrian Empire, all his documents were on German, according to Austrian law.

Gavrilo was born from a Serb(Orthodox Yugoslav) family. Bosnia in the 19th century was pretty much split in three between muslim, catholic and orthodox yugoslavs AKA Bosniaks, Croats and Serbs
