Can't change profilpicture and banner

I uploaded 2 pictures for the first time but when I wanted to change them they never did. I could delete the pictures and upload the wanted pictures again but the old ones still appear on my profile instead the new ones.

What can I do? Do I have just to wait?

This happens too often.
It also happened to a friend of mine and he reported to an admin, however before the admin saw the report it sorted out itself.
Report it.

Clear cache from pc

Clear cache and wait, it will happen, it just takes a while i guess.
