and every five minutes asks me to do this, in last game it just forced me out of game with 20 secs left.

Used to happen to me too,I did an antivirus test which ivan told me to do and it spotted a virus and it removed it.After that i never got it again.If the problem still persists just ask him to unflag your IP.

tried to check with 2 different antiviruses, I noticed when I use vpn it doesn't pops up

Ask ivan to unflag your IP and send you a special antimalware check.
