I keep Losing

So, I have been playing atwar for a while and it is very fun. But I basically have been overcome by a bug which has really been bugging (pun not intended) me. So, Obviously Atwar is a player Vs Player game, PVP. I get that. But I am struggling. You see, I always lose. Its not fair. I am the best, and for some reason I lose every attack I do. I very confused as to how attacks work. I usually use lets say, One tank on 10 Infantry. And I lose! It doesn't make sense, I Mean think about it, if you had one tank and put it facing against 10 gusy with assault rifles, the tank would win! right! assault rifles coudln't take out a tank, but a tanks blast could easily kill 10 infantry in one shot. It doesn't make any sense. Say I also send 1 bomber against 10 infantry. How do the infantry take out the bomber? with assault rifles? I dont think so. This is a common bug which I realize has been plagued into very single one of my games. I am very confused as to how to overcome this, I use real strategy and I seen to lose every time! Like I send 15 tanks vs 30 infantry, the tanks would win! It doesnt make sense!
The second bug I found is how tanks and infantry cannot go into water. Think about it. They can! but how come this game won't allow that? humans can swim! expecially the Mexicans, I mean how do they cross teh Rio Grande? they must swim But you cannot move land units into the sea, OR THE AIR. I confuses me and I really need help. I am doing self harm because I cannot figure this damn game out. Please help

Everyone forgetting that that 1 inf unit in AW actually represents a regiment, same for tanks, 1 bomber represents a squadron/wing. WD's point still stands wrt tanks, but a bomber squadron will win against a regiment of infantry everytime irl
